  • Where are your candles made?
    Archie + Dot candles are handcrafted in our studio in Berrima, NSW. All our candles are made in small batches to ensure consistency of producing quality candles.
  • Are your candles made from safe ingredients?
    Our candles are made up from 100% soy wax that has been ethically and sustainably sourced from Brazil. Our candles have cotton wicks that are lead free.
  • Are your candles made with fragrance oils or essentials oils?
    All of our candles are made from high quality fragrance oils from a leading Australian fragrance supplier. These oils are made by Artisans who specialize in candle fragrances and are all handcrafted in Sydney, Australia. By using fragrance oils allows us to have a great range of scents. These oils do not contain palm oil.
  • What ingredients are in your reed diffusers?
    Archie + Dot reed diffusers are Infused with high quality scented fragrance oils mixed with a premium low evaporation, eco-friendly and biodegradable diffuser base.
  • Are your products Natural?
    All of our products are biodegradable, vegan friendly and cruelty free. None of our ingredients are tested on animals.
  • Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
    We do not offer refunds however if you change your mind and would like to exchange for another product please email as soon as your order has been placed so we can make the change before posting.
  • Where can I find your candles in-store?

  • How will my candle be presented?
    All Archie + Dot candles and diffusers come packaged in a brown craft box with a custom branded cardboard sleeve. Our packaging contains no plastic and can be recycled.
  • Who will my parcel be sent with and how can I track it?
    All parcels are sent with Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent. You can then track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
  • Do you ship outside of Australia?
    Currently we do not ship outside of Australia but do ship wholesale to New Zealand. However if you send an email to with your location and enquiry we are happy to provide you with a postage quote.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged or missing an item?
    Sometimes in transit an item may get broken or damaged along the way. If you receive your item and this is the case, please email with a photo and your order number and we will send out a replacement at no extra cost. If you receive your parcel and an item is missing we will ensure it gets posted to you asap. We hope this is never the case but being human we can make mistakes from time to time. Please email as soon as you receive your parcel.
